How to return an order
Products may be returned if they are eligible as per information based on each products’ page.
The pin codes served by our return courier partners are only eligible for pickup.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
You can request a return within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team or submit a return request through your account on our website.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the shipping address and any associated costs (if any).
After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund as per our refund policy.
Note: There are some areas where we are unable to provide pickup service as our courier partner does not provide services in specific areas. However, you can ship product yourself through any other courier services.
Refund:
We offer refunds for eligible returns, cancellations, or in cases of damaged or defective products.
We will initiate the refund process only after the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, Labels, barcodes intact and must be unused and undamaged by you.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise specified.
The refund amount may be subject to deductions for shipping fees, restocking fees, or any applicable taxes, depending on our policy and the circumstances of the return.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Cancellation:
You can cancel an order before it has been shipped or fulfilled.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible, providing your order details.
If the order has already been shipped or fulfilled, you may need to follow the return policy mentioned above.
